Steel structure (built-up sections with columns, beams, bracing, and fireproofing coating "Axite 8" over epoxy-anchored/Hilti-fixed connections), cable trays, fire-rated steel-stiffener doors (120-minute rating per US specs with hardware sets), and fire-water piping networks with rust-resistant base coating.
Galala Plateau, Red Sea
Aluminum cladding (4mm) for the central administration building and medical colleges with steel chassis framing; perforated galvanized cable trays (4mm); a signature dome-shaped steel structure with electrostatic paint and galvanizing for the central administration building.

Built-up section steel structure (columns, beams, bracing, epoxy/Hilti-anchored connections, protective coating) and a central HVAC duct totaling approximately 3,000 linear meters.
